Tracy and her husband, Stephen, traveled from their acreage in Okotoks, Alberta to Fairmont Hot Springs for golf weekend getaways with Kim Collens and her husband, Wayne, for several years and always went home wondering how they could pick up roots and relocate. It’s not unusual for weekend travelers to fall in love with the Valley and they were definitely smitten.
In June 2006, after much consideration and a very strong market in Alberta, they took the plunge, sold their acreage and purchased a home in Invermere.
They utilized Kim as their real estate agent and her experience helped them with the transition from “acreage” living to “house” living. Tracy and Kim have a long standing relationship and Tracy was intrigued to follow her example in the real estate industry.
Having recently acquired her Real Estate license in British Columbia, Tracy has accepted the position of a Licensed Assistant to Kim Collens out of the Royal LePage Rockies West Realty office located in Fairmont Hot Springs.
With Tracy’s background as a Marketing Coordinator and previous experience in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate, along with her strong work ethic, it just seemed a natural fit for Tracy to team up with Kim and learn from the best. It has always been her mandate to provide 110% and together, they will continue to provide exemplary customer service. |
